Mr. McPhail assists in Attucks' Compliance and Research/Operations areas. Mr. McPhail joined Columbia Capital Management in 2000 and Attucks Asset Management in 2001 as a Senior Vice President and provides professional assistance to clients in both the financial and investment advisory arenas.

Mr. McPhail has prior experience as a Vice President and Corporate Trust Officer for UMB Bank, N.A. and has ten years of corporate trust experience. Mr. McPhail administered corporate trust portfolios with $500,000 to $100,000,000 in assets. His corporate trust administration responsibilities included carefully reviewing trust documents, forward delivery agreements, and guaranteed investment contracts. Mr. McPhail holds a BS in Personnel Administration from the University of Kansas.

Attucks manages its assets as a team, and Mr. McPhail is actively involved with all Attucks' clients.
