Mr. Wickliffe is the General Counsel for Attucks Asset Management, LLC. He is responsible for the firm's legal matters; including contracting with subadvisers and ensuring that the firm and the subadvisers comply with all clients' requirements. Mr. Wickliffe is also the chief compliance officer and investment adviser representative for Attucks Asset Management, LLC.

Mr. Wickliffe practiced law for 15 years prior to joining Attucks Asset Management, LLC. He focused primarily in the areas of general corporate law, municipal finance and real estate.

Mr. Wickliffe holds a BS in Business Administration, a JD and an MBA from the University of Kansas and is a licensed attorney in Kansas.
